Allison Fosbery

Allison Fosbery’s real estate journey began at a very young age, accompanying her mother, Monica Fosbery, to showings, open houses, and builder walkthroughs. Long before it was her profession, real estate was part of her everyday life. It was natural for Allison to step into each home, turn on the lights, help arrange furniture, organize paperwork, and assist clients—learning firsthand what it truly means to serve buyers and sellers.

As she grew older, Allison continued to support the business by assisting with showings, open houses, client meetings, and administrative coordination. Upon turning 18, she officially obtained her real estate license and continued working in the office while attending college. After graduating, Allison explored commercial real estate, gaining valuable exposure to investment-focused transactions, before transitioning into the technology sector.

Today, Allison works in the tech industry in San Francisco in a role closely connected to real estate, allowing her to merge her industry knowledge with modern, data-driven solutions. In addition to her professional career, she remains deeply involved in real estate—devoting much of her time to identifying investment properties and primary residences for clients who are focused on long-term wealth building.

Allison is passionate about helping clients create financial security through smart real estate decisions. She works directly with buyers and investors, offering a thoughtful, strategic approach grounded in experience, communication, and market insight.

Allison is a graduate of Carondelet High School, an all-girls Catholic school in the East Bay, and earned her degree in Communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her strong communication skills, combined with her lifelong exposure to real estate and her background in technology, make her a valuable asset to clients and the Reliance Real Estate team.
